Good News! New Job!

Hi all, well I have finally found a job/placement for my year out of university and after my studies. It was a struggle I must say especially in this current economy but obviously its to be expected. I just want to say a massive thank you to Formation Designers for taking me on! definitely a start to great new things…

I will be updating on projects I will be undertaking within Formation Designers and also any personal ones that i complete,

So I will keep you all up to date with my progress!

Martin Davies Photography Re-Design

Well the re-design update I posted a couple of days ago is now complete and successfully transferred to Martin Davies Photography. The design takes the idea of photography and ensures the focus is always on the photos that are shown.
I created a image of a polaroid film and used this as a template for the sites content, it then features a slide show of photographs they consider their favourite and most appealing on the home page. To best utilise the sites information for wedding packages and portrait packages etc it uses a tabbed content area which allows for the information to be easily accessible while compacted.
But obviously the most important thing for a photographer’s website is a opportunity to show of their work to potential customers and admirers, so pages dedicated to showing the gallery’s for all to see.

Re Design

Having completed a number of projects for Martin Davies Photography in the past they recently contacted me for a re-design of the site currently up.

After a few sessions of design ideas and improvements they wanted to have I have designed a site which has a “Clean” and “Classy” look to it that fits Martin Davies Photography perfectly!

I will update on the finished product and first launch of the new design!
